I would like to be able to kill other civilians, police and national guard. If a policeman, national guard etc. see me then I should be branded in the same class as the biker gang and hunted down naturally. It's just sometimes, they won't trade those canned goods for a plank of wood, and well, that's just mean!

Perhaps evne just setting it so that you can target any NPC, and they will either run or fight back in return. I don't see why any other NPCs have to know about it. Perhaps ones in the area would retaliate and see you as a threat.

Killing a friendly npc should affect our character's mind or charisma (For example sociopathy, being alone and not caring for others in the post-apocalyptic city should be demoralizing and really turn our character crazy and be noticed by other survivors even without talking to them. Idk how to explain better than that but i would love that idea xD

It's already going to be added. That's great. I think it will add a new interesting twist to scavenging resources. I guess the people who follow you will become of the same mind and attack NPCs as well? Also, will this mean if you walk around looking like a rich target with loads of cans and rations, NPCs that are hungry enough will attack you?

Idk how to explain better than that but i would love that idea xD I think this would also heavily depend on the character's own sensibilities. I mean if the apocalypse hasn't driven them insane I'm sure they could handle killing someone. Maybe there could even be a skill that helps reduce the chance of your character being affected when attacking/killing non-hostile NPCs.

The insanity thing would get annoying. Plus, I would assume killing zombies (mostly fallen survivors) is almost as mentally damaging as murder.

It'd be kinda fun, much later on. To be one of the people who started the plague. Like you working in the underground lab/Char buildings and see how it spreads..Or even you being the spreader xD
