Actually, I think the present version 7 actually added such perks for every while zombays live. Not sure.

It does
And is a proof that Superpowerful zombies can and WILL exist, even more under control of a Legendary, Mythical Ghost said to possess humans time and time again, and guide them without fear, pain and with the ability to give every single step extreme though since it can look around and think things through in a Time-stop moment that only affects the possessed, Meet : Rube's Disciple = Has lived since the beginning of the infection, has killed in total 198 People and still counting, every damage taken can be healed by simply biting a human(Gaining nearly 20-30 health each bite) on which he can do since he's faster than a non-running man, if the nearest survivor is heavily armed and the zombie is injured, a simple bite of the local body is enough to heal this zombie back to maximum regardless of damage(Have once healed from 5 to 86 with a single body), With Extreme power and the Higher Intelligence of a Immortal, Legendary Ghost, Rube's Zombie Form has been transformed from being a mere corpse into Hell Incarnate
(Plenty of Dramatization, huh? but it still puts the point across : raking up plenty of skills through time and coming out into the streets can mean Pure Death arriving in the district, so, I prefer kills = Skills)

Ah, I see some of these suggestions made it into Alpha 8. Being a zombie bites less now (well... It bites more... Wait, less... GAH), those living are in for it now!

No kidding right?
And I also like how Rogued Jack kept the quality of modularity within the game, in that you can enable, disable, and modify the Z-Skills.
But ya, I literally jumped out of my seat and gave a shout when I saw that undead skills were in. ;D
