Is there a way to stop it? I do not feel like a single zombie has the coordination and intelligence to push a car out of the way. I have seen them pulling cars too.

yeah this is definitely something that needs fixed. it's one thing if you're playing the really bizarre version of the game(the one with skeletons, zombie princes, etc.), but the classic version with all the zombies just being resurrected corpses it is rather stupid.

After playing some more, I think they can ocasionally climb over cars too.

Zombie Masters can climb cars and push cars, and since ZMs are anything but natural, resurrected corpses, well, it makes some sense.
Regular zombies can climb cars if they possess the Z-Agility skill, and push cars if they possess the Z-Strength skill, removing these is just as simple as cutting out zombie skill gain.

I did toggle off the skills gain for zombies, but they still have them and keep pushing and climbing the cars. I always play on vintage.

Sometimes, Livings who become Undead retain their skills from life.

Skill Retention (from life) will be toggleable like skill gain. Alternatively this will become an issue only after so many days in game.
I'm thinking everything starts out like VTG, a normal apocalypse, and based on a randomized timeline, at the 50-100 day mark, if you even survive that long, zombies will start to retain skills from past life, and an NPC will say something to the effect of "they are getting smarter."
At the 150-200 day mark, we see gradual zombie skill gain.
At the 250-300 day mark, skill gain ramps up and we start to see special infected such as ZMs.
What do you think, make both retention and skill gain toggleable, or factor it into the long term randomized timeline of the game? I like toggleable because it allows people to really change things up to suit their playstyle, but then the timeline alternative adds a bonus mode. Basically the longer you survive the harder it gets, not just gradually, but in tiers or levels, every 50-100 days.
Most people can't make it 30, so this adds special motive, a game changer, and something to look forward to for the hardcore players.
