You can't tame zeds, they have no use of their brain really, just REAL basic instinct/motor functions. You can't teach a zed anything. I agree. However, since the dead seem to hunt and attack based on the smell of humans in this game, it would be nice if there were a way to trick them in to thinking another zombie is a human. A traps skill would be nice as well. Beartrapping zombies, exploding traps, and so on would be nice.

Head Shot - kill zombies in one hit, or do damage specifically to the head
Maybe there could be advanced skills that require a prerequisite (e.g., each level of Head Shot requires a level of Firearms).

I'd like to see skills with prerequisites. That would separate some of the better and more complex skills, and make them attainable only after some game time.

Sneak - stealth skill (works only in shadow) for sneaking past other livings, or for murdering them

Tracker: basically a low order version of the zombie tracking system, could restrict it to certain terrain types or time after NPC has gone by.
Electronics: Extend the life of your battery operated stuff, maybe swap power supplies from items, although I figure batteries are one of the next items to go in.
Trapper: build traps!
Survivor +1 health and +2 stamina per lvl
Presence: Chance from hostile npcs to treat you like a high lvl zombie and run away
Handy: your weps/armor dont wear out as fast
Bean Master: eating cans gives you scent spray style effect
Demolisher: smash stuff faster and have chance of xtra wood
coward: first run move on a full stamina bar costs nothing, 1 xtra per lvl
night vision: see npcs (but not terrain) over 1 extra square
