You can give suggestions for new skills that could be added to the game here!
Skill Suggestions:
Strongman: Pushing requires 15% less stamina per rank. -Aaron
Sensitive hearing: Hears survivors screams/yells/shouts from XX% away, able to hear if a survivor is killed. -Zebiolizard2
Scent of decay: Smells rotting corpse flesh up to XX% away, only works on shamblers/zombies. -Zebiolizard2
Backbreaker: Able to carry XX more items in inventory, at the cost of stamina/sleep per step. If stamina runs out extra inventory falls. -Zebiolizard2
Chemistry: 5,15, 20, 30, then 45% boost from sleep and stamina pills. -Garg
Disguise: use 20, 16, 12, 8, then 4% stamina per turn to disguise yourself as a friendly to opposing CHAR, bikers, or Spec Ops. -Garg
Perception: Gain 1, 2, 3, etc. additional blocks to your sight range (excluding vision getting blocked by an object of course). -Garg
Thrower: ability to throw any item at an actor, the hit will stun them for 2 turns (20, 40, 60, 80, 100% chance for levels 1-3). - Deon
Iron nerves: has a 10% per level chance not to leave a scent mark behind each time you step (you are less frightened so you sweat less). - Deon
Mechanic: In short, an ability to sort of mod weapons, and is mostly for other suggestions, but can be used to mod for now.- Ibazly, summary by Aaron.
Lion tamer: you have a 5% chance to tame a zombie to help you per level. -curtisjack10

Martial Arts: level 2 or 3 to give an ability to push enemy units (which shouldn't be pushable otherwise). -Deon

Drug Addiction: Gives a 40% innate bonus to medical items, but you need to drug up once in a while or your sleep rapidly drops. -zebiolizard2
Other:
I think it would be interesting if you could develop traits that aren't necessarily skills, but just personal traits that might make things different or more difficult, like impaired vision, or have a character who is in a wheelchair. - Ibazly
Or like the drug addiction idea: a character who needs a certain medication to live due to some illness (perhaps whatever the green or blue pills are, though generic, could for certain characters be specifically the drug they need to live, meaning you need a constant supply.) -Ibazly
