How to move all followers to new district?

I'm playing Alpha 6.
Now I have 5 leadership skills, followed by 5 civil.
We've been at the current area very long for about 5-6 days.
I don't want to leave them alone because they have some useful skills after upgrade each days.

But it seems impossible to me to bring them into new district. Everytime I lose some of them. The game keeps saying "XXX is not able to follow".
Now I'm kind of stuck here.

Anyone knows how to bring them all into new area with me?

I never tried with 5 followers, but basically they need to be close to you, that means really next to you. So no Z around (fleeing) or stuff like that.

They need to stand next to you, like this:

YPY
YYY
X=The end of map with a exit.
Y=Your followers
P=You
(That means you can only have 5 people follow you, in case you want to mod the files.)
Also they need to have a free turn when you move, sleepy people may not follow and busy or running away followers will even more not follow you.

But in this map I can't find three exit that close to each other. Is it mean I can't bring them in this situation?

No, you don't need 3 exits, they only need to stay next to you.
The followers are sometimes a bit slow in big groups(3+), so wait for everyone to be ready.
