Since a lot of people want Rogue Survivor Multiplayer, I was thinking I could try to remake it (or at least a portion) on "BYOND" (A 2D top-down multiplayer engine for PC/MAC). It may not be the best idea, but I think it could be reasonable enough.
What do you guys think?

BYOND = Build your own network disaster
On multiplayer BYOND games, it lags like hell, and i'm talking games like Space Station 13(And those guys have DEDICATED Servers), the immense complexity of Zombie invasions, Refugee waves and Sewers/Different Districts/Subways turns it real laggy
Though you could take Space station 13's base and use it to make a RS Multiplayer, and playing SS13 but in the Era and simplicity of RS sure does sound grand

BYOND = Build your own network disaster If you say so, but I personally like the engine. I was planning on doing the coding from scratch, if not only to avoid dealing with the nightmare code that is Space Station 13.

Don't take anything Nope says seriously. BYOND isn't that bad, if the host actually has a good connection.
