Constant Zombies - The Zombies would Come running into the district constantly, this idea popped up in my head when i found myself running everywhere looking for stuff to shoot during the late game
Equipment Stays on Zombified Humans - What it says on the can
Supply drops still happen past where those insta-kill machines come - What it says on the tin
Panic(Ripped of ZPS) - When activated , the Player would Drop Everything but the Equiped Items and Gain a stamina boost, those pills are just too rare
Zombie Stealth - Allows a Zombie(Or Player controled zombie) to move about in a Human NPC's Sight without getting noticed
Weapons in Supply crates - What it says on the tin

If there are no zombies in your district it has to do with your max zombies and max civilians options, also zombies spawn into district borders at midnight. I play with 50 max civs and 140 max zombies and i always see zombies everywhere, too many even. Supply drops sounds fun, i'd love bashing crates open.

For the B-OPS they are not suppost to drop supplies they give the supplies to them and let them kill them all and there are still supply drops after those guys arrive.

1. Bad luck, or: 2. You're sleeping or underground when the supply chopper does the drop, as a result you don't get the message about its whereabouts, which may lead to: 3. Other survivors getting there first.
I didn't have any problems with getting drops on day thirty (drop probability set to 100% (default) in options)

I think that's because you don't go in nearby districts and probably hope for drops in the same district as your base, or it's just bad luck like smokingbowl said.

i've noticed supply drops take place much more often in "green" dristricts.
