I would like to suggest a skill that increases how many items you can stack on your person. Opposed to the Hauler skill that increases the number of different items you can carry, the Packrat skill instead increases the capacity of each slot when dealing with stacking items. The amount should vary according to what item is being dealt with. Below is my basic suggestion for each type.
+3 for grenades +5 for pills +5 for ammo +2 for cans +2 for planks +5 for bandages
This would make the Hauler skill better for individual items, like weapons, armor, trackers, and stench killers, while grouped items would be most benefited by Packrat.

Well, this would probably work best for a higher tier version of Hauler, maybe about rank 3 and up would also add to this skill.

Well, this would probably work best for a higher tier version of Hauler, maybe about rank 3 and up would also add to this skill. This is a good idea, particularly because you actually reach a maximum number of inventory slots [10] before your skill in Hauler can get to 5. I like the idea of 1 to 3 adding inventory, and then 4 and 5 adding +1 item stacking apiece, for all items which are already stackable. I wonder if weight/carrying tolerances will ever be taken into account, as it'd certainly be a good method for balancing this skill out.

Well, an alternate idea could be the addition of a Backpack after Hauler 5, which would just be a second pack. After weight is taken into account (And I think it will be because of the detail added to the Armors) Hauler will probably also manage to help the player move with weight. Strength increasing maximum weight and whatnot.
