Here's what it looks like, for anyone who's wondering if they weren't paying enough attention. EDIT: I mean I was thinking I might have missed it, but I've never seen this before.
Since the game where I got all achievements but the sewer thing, I decided I should go looking for the sewer thing first... Or at least find his district. And there he is. I'm gonna need some firepower... Melee only isn't gonna cut it.
