okay, this is the case, sooner or later,Leadership will mean that, and not that i'm the sheperd of the new flock in town, ready to put everyone to sleep wherever we're passing.So... an option should be added that followers should be controlled by turn, well, after they start trusting you,in a range from the leader of,i would say 4,they can fall behind. what can we add to the game with this? All or a litlle less.first,it could lose the "roguelike" status, not sure.Second,a whole world of possibilities!can make sure that i can control and decide what food they eat, when they eat,to avoid waste of precious food, cause canned and spoiled food are for emergencies! Can prepare an assault, can leave a guard on post a be in control of the guard, and why the need?well theres a lot of actors, they don't seem to have a memory at all, more like they were the animals at the zoo. If this could be possible, then all the groups should be using this feature,it would only be unfair to the Undead faction, but right now i'm only afraid of the living ones...Lol! The Downside could be: -Too much game compared with actual hardware. I'll regret that, but in time,if this idea echoes thru time,i guess it will worth it -It's not compatible with the system in which the game is made I gave it a try -It was just refused I don't care:my main goal is to be promoted to chief area of criativity
Just laugh:humour me

"Roguelike" doesn't mean "Alone", A "Roguelike" is a game that is related to the game Rogue, which is essentially a top-down turn-based games
And ain't what you just said already in the game?

And ain't what you just said already in the game? Micromanaging followers using the avatar command interface is not in RS9. I would love this feature in RS10. The avatar command interface capability should be stored somewhere closely related to the unit record, but I wasn't able to identify the representation quickly. (An earlier version reportedly had a bug in infection/vintage modes: if your next avatar had Medic skill and revived your previous avatar's corpse, you got command-by-command control of your prior avatar as well.)

Unless you're an headlees chicken...

Jesus christ, did you actually read? a Roguelike is a game genre, NOT "A game where you are alone with a couple of buddies or something"
But unfortunately, i can't make out anything due to your horrendous typing, so excuse me for any....Misinterpretations
But you haven't even scraped the top of the icing if you think that the living AI are as efficient as a decapitated chicken, i've seen entire groups of living manage nearly months ingame
The problem about Living AI is that they are optimized for late-game, thus, those that tend to die early-mid game have a hard time with Living NPCs, but those that manage into late-game can testify : The AI seemingly gets better with each passing day, reaching near-zenith when the end-game is hit(Read : The Baseline livings, which are Men and Women, start with max on all skills)
If you want to test this, start a game and play like a AI-controlled Living, then start another game, survive until day 40, then march off and play AI-Imitation, the most likely outcome is that you'll die on the first run, and survive for a decent amount of time on the second run
